Canesten 20mg vaginal cream is an antifungal medication which treats vaginal infections.It works by killing the fungi inside the vaginal tract by destroying their cell membrane.This reduces burning, itching, and discharge that may occur in with these infections.Canesten 20mg vaginal cream is used in the treatment of fungal infections of vagina.Tab- Adult: PO- The recommended dose is 10 mgday for 7 days.Suppository- 100 mgday for 6 days.Solution- Instill 1% solution as directed by your physician.Lotioncreamsolution- Apply 2-3 timesday for 2-4 weeks.
